24 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY

Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we require 24 hours or more notice before your scheduled appointment time. Any appointment that is cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time will be charged a $75 cancellation fee and an appointment cancelled less than 2 hours before the scheduled appointment time will be charged full price of the booked appointment.  Clients who do not provide any notice and do not show up for appointments will be required to provide a credit card number to schedule future appointments and will be charged for the full service.

 

RUNNING LATE

In consideration for clients who have services scheduled after you; if you are running late your service will be shortened that amount of time and more than 15 minutes late we will need to reschedule and/or we will subtract that time from your treatment but still charge for the full service.

 

Children

Michelle’s Personalized Skin Care provides guests with a calm, relaxing atmosphere.  It is not a safe or suitable environment for children.  Clients must make childcare arrangements prior to visiting as children are not permitted in the clinic.  Clients who arrive with children will be required to reschedule as there are no exceptions to this policy.

 

Cell Phones

For the comfort of all guests, we ask that cell phones be silenced or powered off upon your arrival.
